How do I make a return?

You can request a return through the “Returns and Refunds” section. To return a product, you must ship it to our headquarters at Via Apuleio 45, 76123 Andria (BT), Italy.

If I order today, when will I receive my order?

Our custom sneakers take a few days to ship from our workshop (unless they’re already in stock), plus an additional 2–5 days for customization.
