Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds will not be accepted for CUSTOMIZED models made to order.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the date you receive the merchandise to return it.

To return an item, the merchandise must be in perfect condition in its original packaging and must NEVER have been used outdoors. After that, please contact our customer service team by email at info@vrcustomshoes.com or via WhatsApp at +39 3286152305. Once our inspection department confirms that the product you returned is considered NEW, you will receive a confirmation email with details regarding your refund, which will be processed via the same payment method you used for your order. If the order was placed with cash on delivery, please provide us with your IBAN so we can issue a refund.

Shipping costs for returning products are the customer’s responsibility, as are any customs fees (for returns outside the EU). We also offer a courier pickup service for a fee of €15, which will be deducted from your refund.
